Een CI+ module is een kleine digitale ontvanger in de vorm van een metalen insteekkaart met een smartcard erin. Deze plaats je rechtstreeks in een voor CI+ geschikte tv. Als je toch problemen ervaart met het gebruik van je CI+ module, neem dan contact op met onze klantenservice. Deze televisie wordt mogelijk geleverd zonder Nederlandstalige handleiding. De handleiding is terug te vinden bovenaan de pagina via een download link. Bol.com brengt je in contact met de verkoper van de televisie, zodat deze verkoper het probleem met je kan oplossen. Uiteraard kan de bol.com klantenservice helpen als je er met de verkoper niet uitkomt. Door de inkoop van televisies buiten Nederland kan het zijn dat de fabrieksgarantie op die televisies niet geldt. Ook zonder fabrieksgarantie kan je je echter beroepen op je wettelijke garantie. In de wet staat namelijk dat je recht hebt op een goed product.
Samsung serienummers op de doos
Belangrijk: Televisies van Samsung worden per serie uitgegeven, bijvoorbeeld de Q60T of de Q70T serie. Binnen zo’n serie kunnen verschillende modelnummers vallen. Zo behoren bijvoorbeeld de QE55Q64T, de QE55Q65 en de QE55Q60T alle drie tot de Q60T serie. Op de voorkant van de doos zal in dat geval bij alle drie de types groot “Q60T” staan. De Q60T op de voorkant van de doos verwijst dus naar de serie en niet naar het modelnummer. Op de achterkant of de zijkant van de doos staat welk typenummer je hebt ontvangen.
